A former priory transformed into a contemporary cocoon, it offers 46 spacious rooms, perfect for couples or families. A magical view of the Alsace vineyards from the 800 m² XXL terrace, hammam, sauna... and a divine table: that of chef Christophe Schreiber, a native of the region and a former Loiseau chef. From Monday to Saturday evening, his creative, gourmet bistronomic menu will have your taste buds dancing under the Alsatian stars.

Unser Zimmer für 4 Personen war groß, schön gerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem.
Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Sauna sehr sauber und ruhig. Schöne Spielecke mit Billard, Tischkicker, Sach und Sitzecke, sodass man auch beim Regentagen im Hotel die Zeit schön verbringen kann.
Das Abendessen war außergewöhnlich gut, gute Weinkarte und Empfehlungen von der Sommelière. Frühstück war gut, nicht außergewöhnlich aber entsprechend zu einer 4-Sterne Hotel.
Das Hotel liegt ruhig, direkt bei Weinbergen, nicht weit von Zentrum von Saint-Hippolyte und schöne Wanderungen können direkt vom Hotel unternommen werden, zum Beispiel zum Hochkönigsburg.
