FROMAGERIE LE ROUX
In 2023, Fromagerie Le Roux celebrated its 50th anniversary. That's how much of an institution it is in the Migennois region! And it's easy to see why, since the cheesemaker, creamer and ripener works with the greatest respect for tradition and the highest standards. For years, the Le Roux family has been selecting the best producers (preferably local) before maturing their cheeses. 3 of them are certified: a Soumaintrain IGP, a Chablis-aged cheese and a Chaource AOP. Also worth noting: a fine selection of regional products. Not to be missed!
