At the end of 2022, Nicolas Brelaud, owner and chef of the hotel-restaurant Le Mitigana, opened this pastry shop located just next door. With 4 key words that, for him, sum up his work: elegance, balance, emotion, efficiency. In addition to the excellent pastries, you will find here the great pastry classics, and some original offers like the Paris-Migennes (a revisit of the famous Paris-Brest) or the Simmern which reinvents the Black Forest. But we also love the coffee tart and the Kir tart (with blackcurrant and white wine).
