The Rouffach agricultural and viticultural high school has been a fertile breeding ground for talented winegrowers since its creation 150 years ago. It is an exception in the regional educational landscape: it is the only one to bear the label "viticultural". It teaches oenology and viticulture from the second year of secondary school to the BTS. The Domaine de l'École has 14 hectares of AOC land, including 2.9 hectares of Grand Cru Vorbourg, certified AB and managed according to the principles of integrated production. Various wine tourism activities are available upon reservation. Store for sale on site and online.
