Discover Alsace wines from Domaine Bannwarth: Pinot Noir de Rouffach, Riesling "L'Expression du Terroir", tasting.
The Bannwarth family has been harvesting the fruit of 16 hectares of vines for 4 generations. While all regional grape varieties are vinified, the estate has a predilection for Gewurztraminer "L'Expression du Terroir" and crémant. The grapes are harvested by hand, pneumatically pressed and vinified in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees. A tasting session will provide you with information about the soils and their influence on the wine and its aromas.

Independent winemaker. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 7pm; Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 6pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Cellar visit by appointment. Online store. 2 gîtes (4-6 people): from €400/week.
