In Rodern, Jean-Luc and Elizabeth Kress-Bleger don't just grow vines (10 hectares): they pamper them on four golden hillsides, from Hochstatten to Silberberg. Here, Gewurz' flirts with Riesling, while Pinot Noir plays the starring role on the Grand Cru Glockelberg. Wooded and aged in barrels, their wines have more character than an after-dinner debate. And to prolong the pleasure? Stay and sleep on site, in the heart of the vineyards, in their chambres d'hôtes: the only risk is that you won't want to leave!

The best Muscat I have ever tried! Highly recommend this winnery ???????? The lady handling the dégustation is also really sweet.
