Restaurant with a contemporary setting offering wonderful dishes according to the seasons.

Nestled in a beautiful^16th-centurybuilding, this exceptional restaurant boasts a contemporary setting with exposed half-timbering. Chef emeritus Jean-Luc Brendel is also an outstanding gardener, using the produce from his harvests on the Kobelsberg to create seasonal gustatory and pictorial marvels. For example, an aromatic pasta quadrucci with egg from his henhouse and complex broth, presented in a way that evokes a Wassily Kandinsky polyptych. Grand moment de dépaysement. Tres reposant. Le chef a l'écoute de ses clients. Le service d'une qualité extraordinaire très présent tout en discrétion. C'est vraiment un très grand restaurant. A connaître impérativement !
