Founded in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.65 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1ers Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified and bottled on the estate in the purest tradition, with perfect respect for the soil and natural processes. To be tasted here are Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.
