For more than fifteen years, the Master Chocolatier Xavier Boucher has been offering his subtle chocolate and pastry creations, and his great specialities: the "Délices de Vauban" (pralines wrapped in sugar and fruit), the "Nougeottes" (caramelised roasted hazelnuts coated with chocolate) or the famous Burgundy snails...
