Long established at the foot of the Clock Tower, artisan chocolatier Grégory Féret's creations can now be found right next to Auxerre's Palais de Justice. In his elegantly decorated boutique and laboratory, worthy of a small chocolate museum, you'll fall in love with his demanding and particularly creative creations. Chocolates, of course, but also gingerbread and fruit jellies. Not forgetting, of course, his unmissable macaroons!
