We appreciate the almond/hazelnut shortbread. We would die for the caramel coulis and the different spreads. And what can we say about the excellent pastries whose extreme finesse and great creativity have no equivalent in Auxerre, without forgetting the very tasty home-made ice creams. In summer, outside the store, the queue can be long to get one!
