LE CLOS LIEBAU
Read moreSébastien waited until he was 33 years old to create his 3.2 ha estate: Le Clos Liebau. Designed as a wild garden, it is certified AB, the vines are cultivated in permaculture, without using sulfur or copper. You will find wild trees and chickens installed in the middle of the vines to sanitize the plots. Other animals are in the vineyard and on request, your children can greet them! Sébastien produces cuvées that are not lacking in character such as the Soley Kouché, a blend of maceration with a fruity nose and a sparkling mouthfeel.
