This brewery (Stub in Alsatian version) immediately seduces with its wooded decoration that perfectly reproduces the interior of a vintage chalet. Located on the edge of a pretty square in the heart of the old town of Ribeauvillé, it invites you to sit down and enjoy some of the local specialities in a friendly atmosphere! Duck foie gras, bite with queen mushrooms, roesti with munster cheese and grilled sausage, sauerkraut with 5 meats cooked with Crémant d'Alsace, stewed deer during the hunting season, rooster with red wine, flambé pie with ribeaupierre: there is something for everyone's taste and budget. During Advent, you can also simply refresh yourself with an Elsass Coffee, a hot apple juice or a good Christmas beer!

Et dimanche baeckeoff servi par Richard malgré une extinction de voix et un fort mal de tête
