Excellent small dishes accompanied by a wine list, proposed in a pretty restaurant in Ribeauvillé.
This pretty winstub is located on the first floor of a venerable house decorated with half-timbering, oriel and frescoes that illustrate the world of the minstrels of yesteryear. Bénédicte and Roland will treat you to excellent dishes: Ganseliesel salad with Alsatian foie gras, melt-in-the-mouth onion tart, coquelet with Riesling, sauerkraut with garnish, oxtail braised with pinot noir, hind stew, homemade spätzlé. Here, the expression " cooking with love" takes on its full meaning! As a bonus, the wine list features the local winegrowers. Reservations are essential.
