Eric Point is passionate about cooking. In his house, he proposes a quality cuisine made only with local products. You will be able to taste for example a blue crispy starter or soft-boiled eggs. As a main course, Eric concocts beautiful butcher's pieces with epoisses cream or pig's cheeks with morel mushrooms. For dessert, eight choices are offered according to the chef's inspiration.
