The Freudenreich family have been winegrowers since 1730! The estate covers 8.5 hectares. Some parcels are located in the Bergweingarten area (renowned for its clay-limestone soils), and Côte de Rouffach. The vines are ploughed, and vinified using indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. In the cellar, Christophe gives full expression to the identity of the terroir specific to each of the wines he crafts with inexhaustible passion. These are fine, elegant, well-balanced wines, always very fresh.

In the Walter family, the passion for wine has been passed down from father to son over more than 4 generations! This estate produces all the Alsatian grape varieties on 13 ha, notably the Grand Cru Steinert and the 1er Cru Côte de Rouffach. In some plots, the planting of flowers enhances the complexity of the different grape varieties. The vinification is carried out in century-old oak tuns! It is the ideal place to make a stopover in a motor home as the setting is so bucolic ...

Converted for a long time to organic farming (1970) and biodynamic farming (Demeter, 1981), this estate has been awarded a star by the Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021! A precious recognition of the work done by Jean-Pierre Frick, pioneer of wines without added sulfites. Praised for their non-academic character, these excellent wines are available in the "Pure Wines - Zero Sulfite Added" range. To be tasted during your visit, the Pinot Gris 2018 Macération with its surprising cherry color and subtle aromas of red currant and pomegranate!

The history of the Humbrecht family dates back to around 1620. Established in Pfaffenheim since 1900, they work the vines according to the rules of organic and biodynamic agriculture. They plough with draught horses and use sheep. They also encourage the planting of flowers and plants for pollinators, and install nesting boxes for birds. The Paul Humbrecht estate produces wines that are exceptional depending on the vintage, as well as liqueurs and eaux-de-vie that combine quality with very competitive prices.

If the Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim is considered to be one of Alsace's highest quality wineries, it's thanks to a guiding principle that it has followed since 1955: favoring the terroir's imprint and encouraging good vineyard practices (integrated pest management, grassing, green harvesting...). This is where the grapes from the various grands crus, the flagship wines of the estate, are vinified. Cellar visits followed by tastings are scheduled every week.

This is a chocolate lover's paradise! Behind the sales boutique, in the chocolate factory, several bags of pastilles are melted and poured every day. Little hands are busy on the production lines, which are still very much a cottage industry. Everyone has his or her own task, and some have been doing the same job for decades... The company is a family affair. If you wish, you can make a reservation to discover all the secrets behind the production process. The boutique is constantly adding new products.

The Martischang family has been established in the Rouffach region since 1559. Their HVE-certified estate is located on the remains of the Mittelburg, the "central castle". Michel has been running the family business since 2007. He perpetuates a tradition of wines vinified with the greatest respect for excellent ancestral methods. Michel invites you to come and visit his "cellar in a past steeped in history, and enjoy a glass of friendship"! Self-catering cottage on the estate.
