The Freudenreich family have been winegrowers since 1730! The estate covers 8.5 hectares. Some parcels are located in the Bergweingarten area (renowned for its clay-limestone soils), and Côte de Rouffach. The vines are ploughed, and vinified using indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. In the cellar, Christophe gives full expression to the identity of the terroir specific to each of the wines he crafts with inexhaustible passion. These are fine, elegant, well-balanced wines, always very fresh.

Converted for a long time to organic farming (1970) and biodynamic farming (Demeter, 1981), this estate has been awarded a star by the Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021! A precious recognition of the work done by Jean-Pierre Frick, pioneer of wines without added sulfites. Praised for their non-academic character, these excellent wines are available in the "Pure Wines - Zero Sulfite Added" range. The history of the Humbrecht family dates back to around 1620. Established in Pfaffenheim since 1900, they work the vines according to the rules of organic and biodynamic agriculture. They plough with draught horses and use sheep. They also encourage the planting of flowers and plants for pollinators, and install nesting boxes for birds. The Paul Humbrecht estate produces wines that are exceptional depending on the vintage, as well as liqueurs and eaux-de-vie that combine quality with very competitive prices.

The Martischang family has been established in the Rouffach region since 1559. Their HVE-certified estate is located on the remains of the Mittelburg, the "central castle".
