The Chaumont estate, owned by the same family since the 14th century, comprises a vast château and gigantic stables dating from the 17th century. At the entrance to a superb English-style park, these are the ones you'll visit. The building is enormous for its function, with a façade featuring monumental staircases. Sculptures and attention to detail make it an original witness to the past, with an Italian flair. This historic monument is regularly used as a film location.

Beau château depuis la route ..bel endroit charger d'histoire mais aucune visite de l'intérieur du château ... dommage même le rez de chaussée aurait été sympa.

Très bon accueil, parking à côté facile d'accès (sauf pour fauteuil roulant). Cependant, nos amis handicapés peuvent se faire déposer devant la grille et la visite est tout à fait possible.
Un grand merci à la jeune guide pour ses explications très claires et très professionnelles.
