Since 1691, the Zusslin family has been shaping wine as a living art. At the head of the estate, awarded 2 stars by the Guide Vert, Marie and Jean-Paul cultivate 18 hectares biodynamically, with a pioneering approach: animal traction, agroforestry, beehives and nesting boxes, rainwater harvesting... Here, nature guides every gesture. And the wines? Sublime. The cuvée Les Kammerlas, a blend of riesling, gewurztraminer, muscat Ottonel and sylvaner, scored 97/100 with Bettane et Desseauve. An invitation to pure emotion!
