"L'Esprit Blanc" has hit the mark in Romanèche-Thorins with Rouge et Blanc. The dining room is beautiful, but you can also enjoy lunch on the terrace, overlooking the vineyards and the large landscaped park. Chef Ludovic Hocdé expresses himself to the full with a menu that pays homage to Burgundian and Lyonnais cuisines, while the market-style slate changes daily. As for the wines, the emphasis is on Mâconnais and Beaujolais crus, including the famous local Moulin-à-vent.
