Along the canal in Remigny, l'Escale is directly accessible from the greenway. A break that's all the more bucolic in summer when a huge terrace, built in 2023, overlooks the canal with a breathtaking view. On the dining room and kitchen side, Florence and Fabrice, who have been at the helm for 25 years, have recently been joined by their son and his partner. A family affair, then, with a warm welcome and a cuisine that ticks all the local boxes, with oeufs en meurette, beef and frogs. Daily menus and suggestions complete the tempting offer.

Que du plaisir, les mets , traditionnels et avec la petite touche qui les rend uniques.
Merci aussi pour le service, efficace sans être trop pressant, merci aussi à la patronne, Florence avec qui, en devisant un peu avions compris où nous déjeunions, entre traditionnel et petite touche perso en cuisine, qui permet, dans notre " carnet " de rendre " L'escale " particulière et unique au regard de nos expériences gastronomiques.
