At Stéphane's, the cellar is a sensory experience. Sculpted from Vosges sandstone and local limestone, it evokes a sanctuary where time suspends its breath. Between old wooden tuns and mysterious qvevri from Georgia, the wines are born slowly and intuitively, carried by grapes picked when fully ripe. The result? Une visite de cave et dégustation très agréable. Nous étions venus pour le vin de glaces et avons découvert toute la gamme des vins avec plaisir. A côté des vins naturels, des vins plus naturels et 'brut' et vins élevés en jarre... Une vraie note d'originalité.
