Le Sucrier Urbain offers you a unique activity in Quebec: produce your own maple syrup! For two to three weeks, the small one-hectare maple grove with 150 taps is open to apprentices who will be able to take advantage of the master's advice to discover the rudiments of the production of the lord of syrups, all in a bucolic forest setting. No equipment is required, but reservations are necessary due to the short annual availability.
