The RMU Banovići mining company operates some of Europe's last steam locomotives in an industrial setting: models from the 1940s-1960s haul lignite from nearby mines on "Bosnian" gauge rails (0.76 m) to the Oskova depot, 3.8 km northwest of Banovići. Here, train enthusiasts can see in action the last Yugoslav JŽ class 62 and the last Czechoslovak Škoda class 25 still in service on the planet.
