A visit to the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne can't be complete without a tasting session at the Bar des Découvertes, a brightly-lit bar overlooking the Saône. Treat yourself to a glass or a bottle, and travel from Mâconnais to Chablisien, via the Côtes de Beaune, de Nuits and Chalonnaise. Snacks, charcuterie boards and cheeses are available to accompany the wines. Themed afterworks, brunches and other events are organized from time to time.

From April 5 to November 2. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. Workshops and tasting courses available all year round, by prior arrangement.
