Guest rooms fitted out under the attic allowing a totally Burgundian immersion.

Perched on the heights of Lugny, the Joseph Lafarge estate is now in the hands of Anthony, the 10th generation to take care of the family business. In addition to the wines and crémants for which it is known, the domaine also opens its doors to visitors for an unusual experience. Not far from the entrance, six XXL barrels welcome visitors for a night close to nature. Classic rooms and gîtes are also available, as well as a Kota-Grill, a small wooden chalet for sharing a convivial meal.

Sehr schöne Einmalige Lage. Möglichkeit zu picknicken, Spülenbenutzung und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Im Zimmer fehlte Kofferablage, keine zusätzlichen Steckdosen, keine Toilettenpapierhalter in Griffhöhe, nur Reservepapierhalter auf dem Boden. Schöne Dusche, horizontale Duschdüsen verkalkt. Draußen nur ein vernünftiger Liegestuhl für alle, aber Picknickbänke. Frühstück zwar mit selbstgemachte Marmelade, eigenem Traubensaft und selbst gemachten Joghurt, aber keine Croissants und Baguette am Sonntag aufgebacken. Keine Eier, kein Käse, keine Wurstwaren, obwohl Burgund für seine Chacuterie bekannt ist. Frühstück auch draußen möglich. Keine Stuhlkissen, Chefin wischt gerade Tische ab und lässt Gäste auf nassen Stühlen sitzen. Unaufmerksam, besondere persönliche Gastfreundschaft haben wir nicht verspürt. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin spricht Englisch, daher Führung und Verkostung für 9€ nicht mitgemacht. |Tripadvisor Award unverständlich

Lieu merveilleux et authentique. L’accueil, les explications lors de la visite et et le soin à rendre le séjour agréable sont remarquables. La propreté des lieux est très appréciable.

Dîner autour d’un mâchon bourguignon, nuit passe dans un gîte tonneau et petit/déjeuner. Dégustations des vins de la propriété. Le tout était parfait grâce à la gentillesse des propriétaires et la qualité de leurs produits et de leurs installations.

Questo posto è un’oasi di paradiso…il silenzio che avvolge lo scenario è quasi surreale ma l’ospitalità e la gentilezza dei titolari è molto calda. Dormire in una sorte di botte tra l’altro molto confortevole e curata è un’esperienza da fare soprattutto in un luogo dove la tradizione e l’amore per la propria terra si respira pienamente

We love Clos du Grand Bois. We have visited several times and it is a firm favourite when we stop en route to the south of France or the Alpes for holiday. The setting is beautiful, looking out over the Lugny scenery, vines all around. The gîte is in a refurbished farmhouse, with well appointed, equipped and very spacious rooms. The family are so kind and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious. Food is also available for dinner, and this time we had the most amazing fondue with the most tender beef, washed down with Anthony's red burgundy (a pinot noir), with all ingredients sourced locally. The vineyard itself makes a range of white, rosé, red wine and cremant. Anthony - the vintner - offers tours and tastings every day at 18:00 and we stock up on his wine both for the holiday and home - we find it delicious.

Nous avons séjourné dans un oeno-tonneau avec une offre smartbox, une nuit + petit déjeuner.
Le domaine est familiale.
L'accueil est chaleureux et attentionné.
Le logement en oeno-tonneau est très cosy, une bonne odeur de bois, l'intérieur est très bien aménagé avec en plus à disposition frigos, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cave à vin,...
Bien que les sanitaires (trois douches et deux toilettes) soient collectifs pour tous les oeno-tonneaux, nous avons eu la chance d'être seul lors de notre venue.
Le cadre est agréable, très calme et relaxant.
On m'a très gentiment proposé des mets sans gluten pour le petit déjeuner, nous avions également un assortiment de confitures maison (raisin blanc, pêche de vigne et cerise), du miel local (les ruches se trouvent sur le domaine), plusieurs pains différents, et peins d'autres choses....
