Perched on the heights of Lugny, the Joseph Lafarge estate is now in the hands of Anthony, the 10th generation to take care of the family business. In addition to the wines and crémants for which it is known, the domaine also opens its doors to visitors for an unusual experience. Not far from the entrance, six XXL barrels welcome visitors for a night close to nature. Classic rooms and gîtes are also available, as well as a Kota-Grill, a small wooden chalet for sharing a convivial meal.

Beautiful location on a hill among the Domaine's vineyards, with stunning views and plenty of picnic tables to enjoy them from. We stayed in one of the giant 'barrels' - very comfortable with much-appreciated aircon. We paid extra for the wine tour/tasting (very enjoyable) and the platters of cheese/charcuterie. We booked the latter as we had driven a long way that day and were not certain of what was in the village of Lugny re dining - not much, it turned out, so I'm glad we did! It was great to have our meal when we felt like it with a bottle of wine as we enjoyed the sun and the views! Prior to that we bought a couple of drinks at reception. The skies are dark at night - the stars were amazing. Breakfast was filling but you need to have a sweet tooth! Very friendly staff with good English. Would definitely visit again.

Domaine visité à l'occasion d'un voyage de découverte de la région. En tant qu'amatrice de vin et souhaitant découvrir les vins de bourgogne j'ai réservé la prestation "cours d'œnologie". C'était une super expérience avec des explications claires, détaillées et données par M. Lafarge lui-même. Je recommande pour les amateurs ou simplement celles et ceux qui sont curieux. Les vins sont délicieux, et M. Lafarge passionnant et passionné. Merci pour cette super expérience !

It was a breathtaking experience to stay there. A beautiful and clean house where we slept wonderfully. We enjoyed a never before seen view from the mountain. |We enjoyed breakfast outside and it was very tasty.|The staff has all the time for you and the wine tasting was well supervised.

Nous avons passé une super soirée avec la visite et dégustation du domaine, le repas proposé est très sympa et nous avons eu la chance de dormir dans les oeno-tonneaux ! Une chose pourrais être amélioré avec la présence d’un bain nordique afin de pouvoir encore plus profité du magnifique paysage et de rendre l’offre encore plus complète! Nous avons adorés le calme du lieu. ????????

Heerlijke ervaring. |We deden ook de rondleiding met proeverij van verrukkelijke wijnen!|De avondmaaltijd was lekker en zeker voldoende. Jammer van het regenweer. We kozen deze plek als overnachting tijdens onze terugreis vanuit de Provence.
