Marc Weber and his Bistrot brighten up the village of Lucenay-l'Évêque. More than a restaurant, it's a place to live, with a bread depot, a bar-tobacco shop, and a large corner dedicated to the sale of spices of all kinds (granulated, ground, blends). The cuisine is authentic, like that of a country bistro, where it's good to take a seat before resuming one's work. There's no à la carte menu, but the day's menu is displayed on a large slate that's renewed weekly and posted on the Internet, for a cuisine that's both refined and homey.
