Pierre Mety, a Strasbourg-born pork butcher who has fallen in love with the town, is at the helm of this charming bistro with its modern decor. The homemade dishes are typical of traditional Burgundian cuisine, and the daily menu is the fruit of the chef's market finds. Service is friendly, and the terrace at the foot of a Montmartre-style staircase is very pleasant.

L'endroit a l'air simple, mais la nourriture est excellente. Le menu n'est pas fixe, mais la sélection actuelle couvre généralement un bon éventail d'options, des plats traditionnels locaux aux recettes françaises célèbres, en passant par la cuisine internationale. Le prix est raisonnable pour un menu complet.
