CHAMPAGNE VAUVERSIN
Maison Vauversin, founded in 1640, is run by Laurent and his father Bruno, the 15th generation of winegrowers. A pioneer, Fernand Vauversin began marketing his own champagnes in 1930. Committed to respectful viticulture, Laurent converted the estate to organic farming in 2011. He champions a Grand Cru champagne made from living grapes, an authentic reflection of the Oger terroir. Cuvée Aubeline is named after Laurent's great-grandmother. Partially barrel-aged and lightly dosed, it pays tribute to the tastes of yesteryear with its notes of honey and brioche.
