Table d'hôtes at the domain with terrace in Jambles offering nice dishes with Burgundian accents but revisited.
Christophe and Séverine Drain had the good idea to propose a table d'hôtes at the domain. Their room, remarkably fitted out in the old wine press room, has all the codes of an excellent Burgundy restaurant. Séverine concocts beautiful dishes with Burgundian accents but revisited in the manner of a chef. The dishes follow one another in harmony with the wines of the domain which are passionately presented to you. Cremant or Ratafia Drain as an aperitif and Fine 7 year old wines from the estate as a digestive. The coffee is to be taken on the terrace with a breathtaking view.

Surprise par le restaurant, cadre feutré très agréable, service parfait, cuisine raffinée tout en restant simple, accompagnée d'une sélection de vins du domaine non accessible à la vente. On s'est régalé ! J'ose à peine le recommander afin de garder cette adresse secrète !...
Et la carte change tous les mois... hâte d'y retourner ????
