Bridge in Santa Maria de Palautordera with medieval civil architecture

An example of medieval civil architecture, this bridge crosses the river Tordera and marks the boundary between Sant Celoni and Santa Maria de Palautordera, on the site of the old Via Augusta, the longest Roman road in Hispania. Only one of the two stone arches that made it up has survived. The other part of the bridge was damaged during the "French War" to prevent the passage of troops in 1814.
