La Cave du Caboulot, created in 2022 by Lauriane Lava, is the fruit of a passion for wine developed by the owner in her parents' restaurant and during her studies in Beaune. The address is brimming with treasures from every region, and also boasts a wine bar. The atmosphere is very friendly, especially during the regularly organized theme evenings (cider evenings, St. Patrick's Day, concerts...). Aperitif platters of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie complete the education of the taste buds.

À l’occasion d’une soirée festive vendent le gobelet de bière 3€ + 1 € de consigne. Refusent de rembourser les consignes. Planche apéro 25 € (2 fois le prix pratique à Chalon).

Lauriane la patronne est sympathique et très professionnelle, elle donne des conseils judicieux, ses « bon plans » vins sont avisés et ses « planches » charcuterie et/ou fromages sont délicieuses !
