Chef Johanne Vigneau knows the local produce and prepares it with precision and finesse, always according to what's available. At lunchtime, the menu is in bistro mode, with succulent small dishes on the go, while in the evening, the place opts for bistronomic cuisine accompanied by wines, most of which are organically produced.
