Travel Guide El Molle

This small picturesque village is located along the Rio Elqui, after the bridge that spans the river. There is a pretty church often animated by groups of singers and musicians, good small addresses where to recharge your batteries and a particular curiosity: there are approximately 6 Andean cemeteries all around the village. Still standing, they are easy to visit and bear witness to the presence of Indians in the region for thousands of years. With silence and respect, it is interesting to discover these sanctuaries located on the hillsides. Under the influence of ancestral and catholic beliefs, we find a nice mishmash of colors and fusion of cultures.
