Crisp baguettes, pure-butter croissants and good cheer await you here! That's how you could describe the famous bakeries run by Patrick, the bakery maestro since the 1970s! He got off to a merry start by taking his delicious bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, much to the delight of the residents. He then gradually launched his bakeries, initially named Wilson, since the first one opened on rue Wilson in Mulhouse, and as success grew, others followed. Today, they're called By Riclin.

Quel plaisir d'avoir à nouveau une --Excellente Boulangerie -- à Rixheim. Du pain bien cuit et tellement beau et bon, c'est un plaisir de le savoureux. Un bon pain, est meilleur que du gâteau, enfin pour moi.
