Abbiamo lamentato alla reception alle ore 19:30 al nostro arrivo , ma il signore di colore “senza nome “ maledaucato , ci indicava che la camera era stata fatta . Lenzuola e asciugamani usati per terra , lo chiama che l’hanno fatta ? Abbiamo dovuto insistere con la polizia di Mulhouse , perché altrimenti il Concierge , se così lo vuoi chiamare , indifferente e sen.a rispetto . Avevamo anke già pagato 208 euro della camera più parcheggio . Nessun rimborso . Siamo veramente schifati da queste persone che non hanno né arte né parte nel commercio .
