Jérémy Maigret opened Pâtisserie Polisson in the heart of Cluny in 2021. Here, he shares his vision of gourmet delights, marrying flavors to perfection in both traditional and more creative recipes. In the bread department, there's something for everyone: cereal bread, sourdough bread or simply traditional baguette. When it comes to pastries, we're particularly fond of our seasonal creations. As for viennoiserie, in 2023 the brand won second prize in the departmental competition for the best croissants and pains au chocolat.

Opening at the end of 2021 in the heart of the town, Crèmerie de l'Abbaye has already made a name for itself in Cluny. You come for the cheese, of course: a wide range of goat's, ewe's and cow's cheeses, which you can buy by the slice or order as a tray for aperitifs or dinners. But you can't leave without cream, milk (raw or pasteurized) or yoghurts sourced directly from the surrounding area. Here, the emphasis is on local produce, right down to the selection of products in the delicatessen section, where you'll find jams, drinks and cakes.

Although Bruno Berthelin's cellar also offers a number of champagnes, wine is particularly prominent in this boutique, which focuses on Burgundy appellations. It offers over 450 references, including all the appellations of the Mâconnais, Côte Chalonnaise, Côtes-de-Beaune, Côtes-de-Nuits, Beaujolais, Jura wines, Côtes-du-Rhône and those of the South-West. Tasting evenings are organized to share a common passion for fine products, whether wines or spirits. Online ordering is also available.

In November 2023, Emma opened Le Boulon de 33, a charming cellar in Cluny, offering a convivial space for aperitifs. She offers an exquisite selection of spirits, wines and Burgundian finds. Emma is passionate about offering accessible wines. The cellar is overflowing with nuggets unearthed locally. In summer, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and taste the wines from the cellar, in an atmosphere hosted by Emma.
