Located in downtown Verdun-sur-le-Doubs, the hotel-restaurant des Trois Maures is a great place to spend a few days in the region. The 10 rooms, with simple comfort, offer a beautiful view on the church square. With the restaurant on site, there is no need to go looking for a good table. The chef Aurélie Terrie and her brigade are very fond of regional specialties, which are widely present on the menu, and in particular the famous pôchouse, the local specialty based on fish from the region. A nice address in the Land of the Three Rivers.

L'accueil du couple propriétaire fut sympathique et charmant. Ils furent très attentifs à notre confort.
La cuisine est maison, préparée avec soin par l'épouse. Nous nous sommes régalés lors de deux dîners, particulièrement par la spécialité de la pôchouse, un plat succulent à base de poissons. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
Le plat du jour était délicieux, copieux et bien présenté, tout cela pour 15,50 euros.
Je recommande pour la partie restaurant, n'ayant pas fréquenté l'hôtel.
