Located in downtown Verdun-sur-le-Doubs, the hotel-restaurant des Trois Maures is a great place to spend a few days in the region. The 10 rooms, with simple comfort, offer a beautiful view on the church square. With the restaurant on site, there is no need to go looking for a good table. The chef Aurélie Terrie and her brigade are very fond of regional specialties, which are widely present on the menu, and in particular the famous pôchouse, the local specialty based on fish from the region. Accueil fort chaleureux en toute simplicité.
Sa moitié fait des merveilles en cuisine..bravo à eux deux pour la belle équipe formée qui ravit nos papilles en nous offrant un très bon moment de cuisine locale.
Allerdings konnten wir nicht im Wintergarten essen weil dieser nicht mehr bedient war, obwohl es genügend warm gewesen wäre.

Une cuisine comme à la maison… de qualité et appétissante … je ne suis pas dessert, mais j’ai adoré les petits choux au chocolat.. excellent !!!
La chambre sommaire… simple et confortable, le matelas parfait… des prises de courants… et surtout très très propre… Parking immédiat et accessible.
Et j’oubliais très important pour l’hiver.. il y avait le chauffage d’allumé dans la chambre… chose tellement rare de nos jours …
Alors oui OK, je recommande fortement…
