At the small Verdun-sur-le-Doubs marina, Nathalie is the captain. She'll guide you through the mooring process (first hour free of charge), and goes out of her way to help boaters and other visitors alike. The harbourmaster's office offers a wide range of services, including a bar with a lovely terrace overlooking the boats. It's also possible to hire rosalies (€15 per hour) and kayaks (€20 for a two-seater for 1h30), and to embark on a boat trip.
