It is a small hotel with only 10 rooms that can accommodate in this beautiful Bresse house. Here calm is king and silence is golden, only the sound of the Doubs flowing out and perhaps a rooster to remind us that it is in its stronghold. On the restaurant side, however, we are playing the big reception card! With a capacity of up to 70 seats in the dining room and 75 on the terrace, the groups will be like fish in the Doubs. The menu highlights local products, particularly water products. Frogs, fries, pochouse (regional fish soup), pike-perch fillet, but also the great classics of regional cuisine such as Bresse chicken or Charolais beef. A well-known and renowned table that is in keeping with the beautiful traditions of Bresse.
