Nous avions pris une dégustation d’une heure avec plateau charcuterie fromage en privée et nous avons passé un super moment.
Nous avons rencontré Philippe qui a su nous mettre à l’aise. Des explications intéressantes sur les vins et leurs particularités, mais aussi de l’humain qui a fait du bien !
Charcuterie, fromages, vins, rencontre .. tout était super !

Sur la route des vins alsaciens pour la journée, nous nous sommes arrêtés chez Paul Black pour déguster et acheter du vin. Arrivés au dernier moment et étant un groupe de 9 jeunes, nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’accueil chaleureux qui nous a été réservé ! Les explications et commentaires du Monsieur qui nous a servi étaient autant instructifs que constructifs. Nous avons goûté environ 10 vins dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. En bref, nous sommes repartis avec 4 cartons et 3 bouteilles offertes par un homme aussi intéressant qu’il est passionné par le vin. C’était génial, merci. ????

Oggi ci siamo fermati per una degustazione, convinti dai tanti commenti positivi qui su Google. Ci dispiace dirlo, ma per noi non ne vale assolutamente la pena fermarsi a fare una degustazione in questa cantina.
Il posto è angusto, freddo, buio, con soli 2 posti a sedere. I vini vengono serviti sempre nello stesso bicchiere, non viene fatta nessuna presentazione e il servizio è decisamente frettoloso e poco accogliente. Oltretutto, almeno per i nostri gusti, il vino che abbiamo assaggiato non era eccellente.

Caveau pittoresque, très bel accueil de christian qui est charmant, description des vins durant la dégustation accompagnée d’un pain spécial, parle l’Allemand couramment. Petite hanse pour le transport des bouteilles. Une sortie plaisir. Pensez à lui souhaiter sa fête aujourd’hui

We visited Domaine Paul Blanck with the intention to a small tasting. Without a reservation, we got welcomed by Christian, a lovely host. As beginning wine drinkers, he explained us so much about both the area, grapes and wine in general. There were only two other visitors, so he had an abundance of time for us. We even got to taste some extra wines and a few blind tastings. I won't hesitate to come back when I'm in the area, it was a highlight of our holiday.

ביקרנו בצרפת , נרשמנו לסיור ביקב, Domaine Paul Blanck & Fils עם הגיענו למקום התברר שאין סיור וזה רק טעימות . הבחור חילק את זמנו באנגלית וצרפתית בין הקבוצה שלנו לבין זוג נוסף. טעמנו 5-6 יינות שילמנו 15€ לאדם . בביקורות שנכתבו התברר כי מבקרים במקום טעמו 15-18 סוגי יינות !!!
זו היתה אכזבה אמיתית ! והדבר בא ללמד שגם אם כתוב ״סיור וטעימות״ יש לוודא שיש סיור ומה כוללות הטעימות.

‎‏It is a wine tasting, the gentleman explains
about the types of wine and his attention was divided between us and other guests, and he skipped between French and English... We tasted 6 types of wine, we paid €15 for each! We hoped and expected to see the winery, the vines and the types of grapes, etc. It should be noted that these are only wine tastings, and it was possible to taste wine at any winery or wine shop and receive the minimum explanation without paying €15 per person. A bottle of wine costs €11-35 at the winery. You could buy 5 bottles of wine and enjoy all the flavors. you need to devote more time to the guests, time, experience, a comprehensive explanation about the area as well as about the types of vines and there is probably a lot more to tell on the subject. We were disappointed.

Visite et dégustation au domaine Paul Blanck lors d'un séjour en Alsace. Très bon accueil , excellents vins en particulier les grands crus, tarifs relativement élevés mais justifiés. Le meilleur viticulteur de Kientzheim , à conseiller fortement si vous étes de passage dans la région.

Our family of 4 spent a lovely afternoon with Philippe who designed a custom tasting experience based on our group’s interests and preferences combining both cultural and technical knowledge. We tasted several delicious wines and learned about the terroir and production of the wines. Philippe is welcoming and knowledgeable and we highly recommend this tasting experience to wine lovers of any level! We purchased many of the wines we tasted because we enjoyed them so much and plan to look for more of his wines back in our home country.

As a somm in the US I probably have high standards and domaine Paul Blanck exceeded expectations. We tasted about 6 of their wines, all wowed us. We brought a few home to enjoy later, just wish I had more room. Very small, quaint tasting room, no fuss but all about the wine. I was very pleased.

Dégustation en février, sur réservation. Un accueil chaleureux, nous y avons passé 1h30 à déguster de très bons vins, avec toutes les explications nécessaires. Un vignoble familial et de qualité, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

The tasting with Philippe Blanck (the grand-son of Paul Blanck) was excellent. We went through a series of wines at a good pace, with Paul suggesting thoughtful comparisons of wines at each point. Though it is common in Alsace, the tasting was not free here and cost €15 per person, regardless of wines purchased afterwards.

My partner and I recently visited the area from Canada and Domaine Paul Blanck was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we returned the next day. For both visits, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and generous. The wine was absolutely incredible. Next time, we'll need to bring an empty suitcase with us to fill with bottles to take back home :)

HPから事前予約をし、有料試飲の25€のコースを頼んだところ(グランドクリュが飲めるもの)16種類の飲み比べになりました。
フレンドリーな説明で、優しい担当者。
いろいろ買ってしまいました。
ありがとう！

予約をしていなくても、中に入って聞いてみたら試飲させてもらえる、説明を受けることができるかもしれないので(そんな感じの方もいらっしゃいました。)近くに来られた際には是非聞いてみてください。

ほんとに英語okなのはありがたい。

Very friendly and nice host, spoke perfect english, we felt really appreciated and he answered all our questions about wine and winery. Loved the experience! One of the best we have visited in the region. Winery itself very old with long history of winemakers so definitely worth visiting!!!
