The family history is written here in letters of vines. Since 1985, Roger Schmitt and his son-in-law Roland Carrer have pooled their know-how, which is now carried on by Sylvie, Anne-Cécile... and a whole line of enthusiasts. With 15 hectares certified organic since 2012, the estate is home to three exceptional Grands Crus: Schlossberg, Furstentum and Wineck-Schlossberg. At the cellar or at Côté Vigne, Marie-Charlotte's restaurant, discover wines with character. Want to extend the pleasure? A pretty Alsatian house welcomes up to 9 guests in the heart of the village.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés à la boutique à Kayersberg et avons pu goûter plusieurs vins. Gros coup de cœur pour le Riesling - Schloessel Mühle et pour le Pinot Gris grand cru. On reviendra !! Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Tolle Weinverkostung mit 4 Gänge Menü direkt in den Weinbergen!
Wir haben zufällig den Flyer gesehen und waren beim 1. Mal dabei. ????Nach einer Wanderung in den Weinbergen (die wir leider wegen einem Knöchelunfall nicht mitmachen konnten) gab es direkt in den Weinbergen fantastische Bioweine mit einem spitze Essen. Wir kommen wieder. Alle waren super nett, Stimmung, Aussicht alles außergewöhnlich ????????????!
