Nous avions réservé un lit double pour se reposer après 7 h d'embouteillage, on nous a refusé l'entrée à 20h car nous avions un enfant de 4 ans. Et cela la gêné qu'il dorme entre nous deux. Elle a également refusé la demande d'annulation gratuite demandé par booking et a garder l'argent. Qui peut faire une chose pareil ????
