With a tradition that goes back almost a hundred years, this Cordero pastry shop has become one of the city's references. And it is now run by the third generation of confectioners, the trio of Mariló, Marisa and Jesús Cordero. Its star product? The lenguas de nata, a kind of small cream sandwich made with Mostachón, which is a crowd pleaser. But there are also simple mostachones, more "modern" ones with chocolate or cream, and brazos de yema, half almonds and half egg cream.
