Located in the lively Rue du Châtelet, Chez Maman doesn't go unnoticed. This restaurant and tea room is decorated in candy-pink from floor to ceiling, and even outside on the carpeted terrace. This neat, girly universe extends, with a great deal of humor, to the menu. The menu is sweet and savory, with an American flair, led by the multi-flavored pancake: poached egg, bacon, trout, salted butter caramel, maple syrup... You can eat sweet or savory continuously until 5 p.m., and it's possible to take everything away.
