Enyellé is a small town between Ouesso and Impfondo. Now served by a bus company, it has become a stopover on the road to the far north. Bordering the Ibenga River, Enyellé is a very pleasant stopover. The scenery is magnificent, the atmosphere tranquil and the locals welcoming. The Catholic mission has a few rooms available if you wish to spend the night. Interestingly, you can see the migration of nomadic Chadian pastoralists and their herds of zebu cattle. After hundreds of kilometers in more arid regions, the zebus feed on the tropical vegetation and fatten up quickly.
