ROUND OF CARDS
The tower of Camarles is a remnant of the old castle of Camarles, a fortified fortress built on a former farmhouse built under Arab domination. The historical documents of 1149 attest to the building donation by Ramon Berenguer IV in Guillem de Sunyer. Restored, the circular plane tower has thick stone walls and an opening located close to 2,50 metres above the ground, accessible on a scale. Classified as a cultural property of national interest, the building offers a beautiful view of the delta of the Ebro river.
