"La Nouvelle Table" is just such a restaurant at the Astréa hotel, where chef Cyril Chenu offers a return to the basics, with a creative twist. The cuisine is homemade, generous and based on fresh produce from local producers. Our favorite? The grilled fillet of sea bass with roasted butternut, oyster beurre blanc champagne and crushed hazelnuts on the "Plaisirs" menu. Or try our foie gras with rye bread and apple-raisin chutney. A marvel of finesse and flavor!
