Restaurant in a bucolic setting five minutes from Nevers.
La Fontaine Cavalier is set in a bucolic setting. Whether in summer on the terrace or in winter by the fire, we love this charming spot. On the plate, our taste buds are delighted by the creative gourmet cuisine. During our visit, we fell for the Bomlo salmon sablé marinated in basil, ricotta cream and confit tomato vinaigrette. The pan-fried prawns, guanciale cream and cauliflower waffles also worked wonders. As did the raspberry and white chocolate macaroon. Magnificent!
